What is special about June 21st!

We had this question thrown to us, By Mrs. Pais, in 9th standard in our Geography Class at School, and my good friend Suhana, said promptly, 'Maam, Its Tamana's Birthday!'

That is one of the few things said during my lifetime, I can never forget !

Well of course the answer she was looking for is that it is Summer Solstice, the Longest day of the year!

The order of all the people who wished me this year, will come tomorrow!
But here is one wish that took my breath away! (from the same UM VO YET ANOTHER VO YEN!)

I wish you the world my little butterfly...
The world full of blooming happiness...
The soft wind of care to carry your wings....
The tiny dewdrops of fun to play with....
and a wonderful wings of dreams......
To reach the horizon of this beautiful life.....

I wish you a wonderful year ahead straight from my heart.......and have Happy Birthday.....

Written straight from his heart! Lil hard to assmilate, but true!

I am as persnickety as persnickety can get!

There are few things in life that I gain pleasure from, sadistic it may be but true!

1. Sending culmination points of movies not released yet!
2. Spamming my colleagues!
3. Listening to my niece banter on about her life and the boyfriends she has! (we’ll get to that one day!)
4. Hearing quixotic things about me that send a prickle down my spine!

The first 3 are self explanatory, so the 4th part:
The 1^st thing I heard was from Big Moose!

He (used to) call me chocolate mousse, cos I called him BM!

And in our early days of courtship and even 2 years later, he said that he heard bells ringing in his head when he used to see me!

I mean that’s like cho chweet!

Sigh!

Wonder where all the love and affection went away???!!

The 2^nd thing I heard was today:

From a UM VO YET ANOTHE VO YEN!

When I was wandering through Orkut, I found cloned faces raising around me.......

I thought I would get lost in that face rush.....but somehow I happened to click on a link.....
When I clicked on that link, there was a name Tamana, I dont know what drove me to click on that......
Now...I just clicked....there was a different profine, not a clone one.....which smell very fresh....I became more inquisitive......
Just went through the profile.....I could see an effort of putting unique answers for all tried and tired questioner in the profile.....
Now I wanted to know more abt this person.........
There was a weblink which opened me a world of beautiful thoughts...without any boundary......

...I was taken away by those transperant world of reality......there was a butter fly with all colors capured in a bubble.....and it didnt take much time for me to realise that
that bubble is it's world.....the wings of dreams were fluttering a breeze of reality........
A butterfly, which can fly as it wish, but would get hurt with even a hard touch......
I felt it.......
and when I told the person abt the bells story!

He says- Good, he (BM) didnt need to dope!!

Yes yes yes!
This time!

1. Got my Shoe Designer to make me white closed toes pointy formal shoes, like the black.
2. Got 2 Linen Skirts, One coffe and one black.
3. One Linen Trouser Black.
4. and beige linen capris!

I have decided I have enough clothes.. and shoes... and bags..and earrings..and bangles..well you get the picture
Somebody stop me!

Latest additions to my wardrobe include:

1. A Green full sleeved T- shirt with the number 52 at the back!
2. A blue T with the number 59 on it, with orange tie ups on the side.
3. A pink top with cutwork hakoba designs.

Why the numbers?
Cos its Soccer Season yo! Getting into da groove!

Weekend hiatus!

Am back with a bang! (pun intended)

The weekend was either the most awful one or the most fun!
The awful part started on Friday nite! And ended with fun on Sunday nite!

The Fun part-Friday
I was to meet my long time, very good boyfriend Big Moose( As I lovingly call him) for dinner.

He arrived at office rite on time, and we left for dinner!

The Awful part-Friday.

Enroute, Big moose gotta call from his folks asking him to be back and he needs to pick em up, we travel back to his home, he gets changed and drops me back home.

And I reach my home and release that my phone is no longer with me. I don’t have BM’s number memorized, so I call office, got my colleagues to access my system search for the csv files, zip it and send it to me! Phew!

Then Big Moose comes home, I rummage around in his car, NO MOTO L

Then I come to terms with my loss and go to sleep.

The Fun part- Saturday

I went shopping to cope with my loss (yeah that’s the excuse I give myself when I shop, don’t you know that by now

My niece, giving me insights into her school life.

Got a duplicate sim.

Went to TGIF, for the match, Breezed through Chicken Chimmichanga.

Went to Spinn after.

The Awful part-Saturday

Going to the Police Station to lodge an FIR for my phone so I can get a duplicate sim.

After Spinn, we crashed into an electric pole in Koramangla,

Hit my throat on the front head rest, was in the hospital and since I had lost my phone, I dint have any one to call for help! And the one unique person I tried cut my call!

So no hope for me, Any ways I had a Larynx-Something- Spasm where my vocal chords had closed and I had to shut up for 3 whole hours, imagine the travesty!!

The Fun part- Sunday

Went for Phir Hera Pheri.

Met with Snail and D at the Cha Bar at Leela. And, oh I went to Opus!

The Awful part-Sunday

Could’nt laugh cos my throat was hurting!

A book I wanted Apocalipstick was out of stock :(

And that sums up my weekend last!

Still can't figure out!!
I think I am an impulse buyer! but then what explains my weakness??!
My latest wardrobe additions include:

1. Two full sleeved, collared T-shirts! One red and one white!
   
2. One Black wrap around top! with some cut work and lace!
   
3. To add to my shoe collection one more Black closed toes pointy formal shoes from Estilo!
   

Guess am back to where I started!
