9:35 pm on February 14^th 2006

All the lovers of Bangalore unite!
On ring road! Took me 5 minutes to waltz out of office get a rick,
A beep here and a beep there caught me off guard

There was a terrible jam, Wit bread and butter!

Geesh everyone is making a dash for their dates!

And me well, I was sitting in the cozy, three wheeler, typing all of this in,

Yet I have not taken into consideration the fact that this was the first time I got out of office at 9:30 pm and this might be the usual state of events and I could be presumptuous.

9:45 pm:, still nestling in the sandwich, with my trusted arsenal (all my feel good articles shoes, bag and clothes, and of course my phone.) soaking in everyone’s scuttle to move an inch!

9:57 pm: finally got through a whole loaf of bread there, and rushing to 100 ft the boutique restaurant, where all my friends where waiting!

10:05 pm A hoard of Valentiners waiting to get a table some a crowd some more than a crowd

And they call themselves my friends they had already placed their food orders, and the waiter dint seem to notice me, I mean how ludicrous it that, am I in any way hard to notice?

So I point blankly tell the maître d'! ‘Hi, I can’t sit and watch all my friends eating, can some one please take my order!’

Roar of laughter and that quite caught his attention!!

And I got my chow in under 10 minutes! Prompt I must say!

Crunching right into the conversation going on, and lots of photo sessions later the guys retreat to a cloud of smoke!
And the girls, well we jus turn to chocolate!

11:20 pm

I am back to my humble abode; my folks are ecstatic, need to say more! They were happy I was home early and even happier that I have zilch social life. And that I hardly party any more!
